Digital agency of record is looking for a m/w UX Designer to join their very successful team.

Our client is a giant in the digital agency space: highly established, exceptional client base, multiple awards, accolades and contonuous new business wins. Following continued business growth the Head of Experience Design has opened up a new UX Designer position.

In this role, you will take a really important seat in creating and shaping exceptional experiences for major brands, and work with a genuinely lovely bunch of people. In addition, you'll work your career to Senior / Lead Designer and have the opportunity to mentor more junior members of the team.

Clearly, you'll already be a UX Designer to apply for this opportunity. You will also offer:

  • An appetite to work across a blend of UX, service and product design (and, naturally, a portfolio that supports this)

  • Previous experience working alongside business analysts, designers and developers

  • High comfort level creating wire frames, user journeys, functional specs and prototypes

  • User research and testing skills

  • A passion for your work

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in the region of £50,000 per annum

  • 25 days holiday per year

  • As you would expect: pension scheme, life assurance and health insurance

  • A suite of training, development, discounts and other benefits including emphasis on work/life balance

WFH from now but with eventual and flexible staggered return to central London office as appropriate.
