The Role

The Great & The Good have been briefed to help a leading independent ad agency continue their recent impressive growth. Joining a tight-knit New Business team, the Social Media Manager role will allow the successful applicant to showcase both their strategic nous and their creative flair. Day-to-day, the role will offer the chance to:

  • Develop innovative social media strategies - paid for and organic
  • Create content using state of the art facilities
  • Take an autonomous lead in the agency's social media thinking
  • Have frequent interaction with the agency's leadership team

You

In an ideal world, you'll currently be working as a Social Media Manager within a creative organisation. However what is key is that you have shown your ability to:
Manage the social media presence for a brand operating in a fast-paced industry

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across social media channels/formats
  • Keep abreast of new social media trends and channels
  • Consistently develop new ideas proactively
