One of London's most successful independent agencies is looking for an experienced Senior Creative Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations.

The agency

Our client is an award-winning creative agency that produces integrated campaigns and programmes of work for very well-known consumer brands. It's an exciting time for the agency - lots of business coming through - and they're now looking to welcome a CSM to their team.

The role

As Senior Creative Services Manager you'll sit within the creative department and take charge of the creative operations and workflow. Supporting the ECD - and also working closely with the wider creative department & client service teams - you will take a pivotal role in helping bring the agency's creative vision to life. Broadly, this will involve:

• Creative services and resource management

• Defining and embedding internal processes

• Overseeing production

• Financial management and reporting

You

• Previous experience looking after a creative department where you have clearly added value to the day to day operations

• Working understanding of creative and production requirements across multiple channels: brand, digital, ATL, print

• Pragmatic and clear communication style

• A cool head that seeks solutions and provides operational leadership when (for example) briefs change and deadlines shift

Package

• Negotiable salary in the region of £50,000 - £55,000

• Hybrid working set-up (3 / 2) plus extra long-term flexibility

Term

This is a permanent hire for the long term. In the interim, there's a a need for a freelance / interim CSM / CSD to look after the show.
