What's the opportunity?

The Great & The Good are working with a global agency network to find a Senior Business Director. As should be expected of a business of this size and reach, our client has a portfolio of high profile accounts and is renowned the world over for their innovation and creativity.

Specifically, this role will be overseeing the relationship with a hugely well-known (and respected) beauty brand. As the brand shifts from being advertising-led to more of a focus on customer experience (and the use of data), the Senior Business Director will play a key role in managing the transition.

As key support to the Global Managing Partner, the Senior Business Director will be a trusted member of the team and expected to personify the agency's core values: collaboration, honesty, commitment. In return, you will have the opportunity to learn from one of advertising's most esteemed senior managers and a true advocate for diversity.

Who would be best suited?

Needless to say, such a career-defining role requires a very particular person. Given the nature of the work, clearly a track record of high profile digital transformation and customer experience projects is required. In addition, previous experience of working with (and a demonstrable interest in) beauty brands is a near must.

This is also a role for a Business Director who can deputise for the Managing Partner as required. Our brief is therefore to find a senior account handler who can demonstrate a history of client growth, exceptional client relationships and overseeing global accounts.
