We're working with a giant within the travel industry; a £1b+ turnover business with a global footprint.
The business has been growing very, very fast and the time has come to appoint an experienced creative to lead the department. From a creative standpoint, the upshot of the sharp business growth has resulted in the brand - albeit wildly successful - becoming a bit disparate in places (think: differences in creative treatment and consumer journeys on the app, versus the look and feel of consumer comms and content messaging, to differing approaches to the ATL brand campaign).
This is where you come in.
Essentially, we're looking for a creative lead to bring visual harmony to the brand. As such, we're looking for an individual who really understands how to develop a brand playbook and can help bring everything together under one roof.
have a proven background working as a senior creative within a digitally-fluent environment - either in-house or for an agency
are probably from an art director / conceptual design background
have a book demonstrating your creative direction across apps and platform, as well as consumer comms
have good people skills. You'll have a lot of people to work alongside - your peers and directors in the marketing team, UX experts, ATL agencies etc
consider yourself to be good manager; a positive, respected mentor figure who cares about their team (writers and designers)
WFH? A couple of days from the London office would be smashing (eventually). Flexi / wfh is all good.
