This role represents a solid opportunity to:

• Gain increasing levels of responsibility and start developing your career to Account Director
• Take a key role in the development and creative delivery of highly effective customer engagement and customer loyalty strategy: full gamut of film & content, social, email, web, AI etc
• Gain exposure to a wide range of sectors and top-level brands

In this role, you'll:

• Work daily alongside excellent creatives and strategists
• Develop greater expertise in customer engagement, journey mapping and customer mapping
• Have full support of your Business Director and increasingly become the daily POC for your clients
• Ultimately, take a key role in creating some really smart engagement campaigns

Salary in the region of £40,000 - £43,000 per annum plus excellent benefits, fantastic work environment and solid career development.
