A chance for a Senior Account Manager to play a key role on a newly-won CRM account

The Role
This is the perfect role for a CRM-focused Senior Account Manager who is looking to move up to Account Director.
The Great & The Good are working with a thriving agency who work with some amazing brands. Having recently won a big name FMCG account, the agency is now looking for a Senior Account Manager to nurture the new relationship on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working with a really supportive Business Director who will be heavily invested in your development. Plus, the wider agency team is an incredibly collaborative group.
However, this role is best-suited to a Senior Account Manager who is keen to take on more. You will have your own account which will need you to be the main agency point of contact.
You
As a Senior Account Manager with a bias towards CRM programmes, you will be very comfortable with data-led customer comms.
The role will also involve working closely with partner agencies on cross-functional campaigns so a strong appreciation of the wider marketing mix is key.
You should also shares the agency's values of going above and beyond for both clients and colleagues, mutual trust and a drive for great work.
