The Great & The Good are working with a successful London creative agency. For this business, success can be measured by their 20% growth in the last 12 months. But it's also low staff turnover and a true sense of mutual support within the business.

Working with cash-rich global businesses, the agency has nurtured exceptional relationships which mean they are trusted as creative and strategic partners to their clients.

Now keen to push on into 2022 and beyond, the agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager who can work with just one client - the agency itself.

Your role will be in two parts. Firstly, you'll be marketing the agency to potential new clients (including a solid database of lapsed accounts). So, you'll have the chance to be a strategic Senior Account Manager.

You'll keep the agency front of mind with the key stakeholders in these companies whether that's emails, advertising or digital marketing. You'll also take on the agency's social media strategy and develop eye-catching content. And you'll create the agency's presence at suitable events.

The rest of the role will be managing the in-coming calls. The agency has an effective lead generation machine which ensures that there is a steady stream of new prospects to talk with. The Senior Account Manager will therefore be using their judgement to know which companies to talk with, how best to impress them and how to convert a prospect into a new win.

Who would be best suited?

This is a great role for a Senior Account Manager who wants to try something a bit different. You'll need to have worked in a creative agency and be comfortable seeing projects through. You'll also be commercially savvy and share the agency's values of collaboration and respect.
