• Enjoy developing and delivering extremely high profile campaigns and programmes of work
• Are a buttoned-down Senior Account Director (or AD who is overdue a promotion) with clear agency experience
• Have a demonstrable blend of comms and CX experience under your belt, and a track record of building successful relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Will thrive in a role with plenty of variety, management & financial responsibility, and bags of head room to continue your career development
• Work best in fluid and entrepreneurial creative environments, as opposed to rigid and corporate structures, where you can take an involved role in the running of the agency as a whole (in addition to running your account/s).
