A chance for a strategic Paid Social Manager to join a pioneering company disrupting the travel industry.

Ref: 41446

Tell me more…

The Great & The Good have been briefed on a career-defining paid social role. Working from our client's West London offices, the Paid Social Manager will have a blank sheet of paper to develop a strategy able to fast track the growth of an innovative travel business.

Working with a close-knit team of exceptionally talented marketers, the Paid Social Manager will oversee all paid social activities ensuring that the company's regular social media posts are seen by as wide an audience as possible.

As a newly-created role, the Paid Social Manager will be part of a collaborative team brought in specifically to engage with a totally new audience. Consequently, the future of this position will largely be shaped by the successful candidate - form the role around the career you want to build.

Who would be best suited?

Given how new the role is, the person who is recruited will need to be comfortable in a standalone role. You will be heavily supported by the wider team but ultimately all paid social activity will fall to you - from developing strategy to pulling reports from Ad Manager.

The role will be based in West London but as offices start to re-open, there is no expectation that you will be there every day. As long as you can commute a couple of days each week, the role can be flexible to fit your needs.

Lastly, you will need to be on-board with the company's culture. They have deliberately hired best-in-class marketers for their new offering to ensure that there is as much chance of success as possible. However, this is not a team of egos but rather a cohesive team; all pulling in the same direction.
