What

As they win yet more business from their global clients, a boutique creative agency is looking to grow the team in their central London offices.

The agency is looking for a Junior Account Director (or Senior Account Manager) to work on a broad range of comms campaigns both here in the UK and around the world. You'll therefore be showing what you can do across print, digital, social media, events, internal comms, etc..

You will be supporting a hugely nurturing Business Director who is rightly proud of the training and development given to the team.

This role will also give you the chance to get deeply involved in new business pitches, account growth and strategic thinking - all great foundations for your continued career as an Account Director.

Who

As you will have already worked as a Senior Account Manager (or recently-promoted Account Director) in a creative agency, you will have fantastic relationship-building skills and have shown your ability to oversee campaigns from brief to completion.

Alongside a solid skillset as an account handler, this agency requires somebody who shares their collaborative mindset.
