From the newly-launched London office of an integrated agency, this Junior Account Director will be the face of the business to local clients
This is a genuine opportunity to see how far your skills can take you. The Great & The Good have been asked to find a Junior Account Director who thrives in an autonomous, start up environment. As the London face of an established integrated agency, you will be supported by a senior management team who have been there and seen everything. On a day to day basis you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead client relationships
- Develop brand launches including positioning and on-going comms strategies
- Manage campaigns spanning brand and direct response advertising
- Learn from a supportive senior team
- Play a key role in the agency's ambitious growth plans
Having cut your teeth in a creative agency, you'll have made it to Senior Account Manager level and itching to do more. You'll be ready to take on more responsibility and to stand on your own two feet. This role needs somebody calm under pressure, credible in front of senior clients and able to work into a management team based elsewhere.
Due to the scope of work agreed with the existing clients, experience of producing a wide range of creative campaigns is crucial - TV, DM, digital, social, press, OOH, etc. Experience of pitching would also be a massive advantage.
The Great & The Good are working with a successful creative agency who have spent the past few years building a London presence. Having brought on board a batch of clients who love their no nonsense approach, the agency is now looking for the first London hire.
