Opportunity to take on the Head of Tech role at a successful digital consultancy and take a seat on the Senior Management Team.

The company

A fast-growing digital consultancy specialising in build and transformation for major brands.

Broadly, as the HoT you will:

• Set the tone and take a lead role in tech strategy, platform architecture and infrastructure
• Work closely with colleagues and clients to define and advise on requirements
• Manage, mentor and build-out a team of developers, and oversee integration partner relationships
• Work closely with your colleagues in other departments (UX, Strategy, Client Service, Project Management) as appropriate

You:

• Have demonstrable experience working as a tech / dev lead
• Are very comfortable in a digital agency / consultancy environment
• Possess previous management experience, ideally including offshore dev teams
• Keen to take on a leadership position

Location:

Central London, although wfh for now. Longer-term: remote / flexible working options.

Salary:

In the region of £85k per annum plus benefits
