First-off, you will certainly be entirely at home within a MarTech-fluent creative agency environment. You'll also:

• Be an extremely credible global client operator, from CMOs through to procurement

• Have a clear ability to nurture, grow and inspire outstanding client teams

• Be all over the P&L. You don't shy away from big numbers and enjoy delivering consistent profit

• Operate well within large, matrix environments with lots of different people to build relationships with: all levels of clients; local and global colleagues across creative, production, innovation; competitor agencies, of course; and agency partners too (such as Facebook and Google etc).

• Enjoy winning and working at an incredibly fast-paced agency; you absolutely thrive on solutions.
