Significant opportunity within a global advertising agency, taking a key role within one of their flagship pieces of business.
Broadly, the role involves:
Navigation of a complex, matrix environment with a plethora of internal and external stakeholders globally
Operating at pace on large scale £multi-million business across all channels
Pushing extraordinarily effective programmes of work, and of the highest creative quality
Motivating, leading and developing a large team
Driving a positive client partnership, including CMO, CTO and procurement
Have recent experience leading an FMCG portfolio - probably from a creative/digital agency - with high level understanding of how brands need to operate across different markets and channels
Offer proven experience developing and delivering £multi-million programmes of work / campaigns
Are a positive force; a natural networker and fair politician
Enjoy managing and nurturing your team
Have a track record of winning and growing business
Salary: in the region of £110,000 - £120,000 per annum + significant benefits
Location: central London with (of course) pretty flexible working arrangements over the coming months
