The Great & The Good have been contacted by one of the UK's most highly-regarded creative agencies. If you've spent more than 5 minutes in the advertising world or ever read Campaign, you'll have heard of this company and be aware of their work.
Unsurprisingly therefore, the agency has been able to attract a number of advertising superstars who ensure that the business continues to be known both for their powerhouse strategic thinking and their craft-driven creative work.
Working on one of the agency's biggest accounts, this Business Director role be high profile but will also come with the support you'd expect.
As a classically structured account, this role will give the Business Director the chance to produce brand and seasonal TV campaigns amplified across digital and social channels.
The Business Director will be nurturing a talented team whilst working in close collaboration with some of the agency's smartest creative and strategic minds.
Who would be best suited?
Hopefully it will go without saying that this role needs a particular kind of Business Director. You will have worked in a recognised creative agency setting the creative and strategic agenda for your clients.
Due to the fast-paced nature of the account, if you have shown your ability to react quickly to a client's changing needs (perhaps in a telco, retail or media account), that would be a distinct advantage.
In addition, this role requires an accomplished Business Director. With apologies to any Senior Account Directors looking to make the step up, unfortunately this isn't the role to make the leap.
