Ref: 41424

Tell me more…

The Great & The Good are working with one of London's highest profile independent ad agencies. Think of the kind of agency that works with some of the country's biggest FMCG, travel, toy and retail brands. An agency that creates eye-catching work across TV, digital, social, OOH. Work that wins awards, increases sales and makes clients happy.

As an agency, our client has a collaborative culture set by a compassionate senior team. They understand that the best work comes from employees who feel respected and that we all have lives beyond the office walls.

Off the back of some impressive over the past few years (even during the pandemic), the agency has big plans for 2021 and beyond. That's where you come in.

We've been asked to find a Business Development Manager who can support the existing new business team.

You will be the first point of contact for key decision makers in blue chip brands; implementing your business development programme to ensure a steady stream of new prospects for the agency.

Supporting the Business Development Manager will be a talented Marketing Manager who is constantly developing impactful case studies, innovative thought leadership content and interesting events.

Who would be best suited?

You will need to come from a sales background; particularly selling business services. You will be comfortable making the initial approaches to C-Suite contacts at big name consumer brands and will have the gravitas to do so effectively.

Previous experience of working in advertising or an affiliated industry would naturally be a huge bonus. However, you should at least have an understanding of the advertising space and be able to explain the reasons for your interest in your application.
