Fancy helping a successful, London boutique agency reach their potential? A great role for a Business Development Director

Ref: 41423

Tell me more…

As a proven Business Development specialist, what are you looking for in your next agency? Experience of working with big name brands? A solid foundation of recent growth? Case studies of developing creative campaigns that drive client success? Agency Founders who empower their teams but have the experience to support you in your development?

Our client ticks all of these boxes.

After a stunning 2020 which included hiring talent from some of the country's best creative shops, the Founders of this boutique London agency are now looking at the next step. Making the next leap in their development means professionalising their new business by hiring the agency's first Business Development specialist.

Whilst there is a very solid plan for the types of brands they should be (and are) targeting, the role is to some extent a blank sheet of paper. You will be given the freedom to craft a strategy that you will implement both to strengthen existing client relationships and to unearth new accounts.

Clearly, this role will be key to the future plans of the agency so the successful Business Development Director can expect to become a respected member of the company's senior team.

Who would be best suited?

As this is a standalone role, it needs a proven Business Developer. You may already be a Business Development Director or a senior Business Development Manager looking for the next step. Either way you will have primarily worked in marketing agencies and have a track record of bringing blue chip brands into the fold - from initial approach to long-standing (and happy) client.
