There is a huge appetite for building B2B brands in order to develop an emotional attachment but to do so means a move away from cold, rational, feature-led marketing.
The agency has therefore enjoyed a stellar past 18 months; winning tons of new clients and creating genuinely impactful work across print, digital, social and film.
With continued success comes a need to hire amazing people and the agency is now looking for an Account Manager.
You'll be joining a highly collaborative team and working with clients who genuinely appreciate what the agency can do for their brands. You'll learn from a supportive senior team who like nothing more than to develop their employees but also understand that you have a life outside the office.
Who would be best suited?
You will probably already be an Account Manager but our client will also consider a very strong Senior Account Executive who has proven themselves ready to take on more responsibility.
Whilst it should go without saying that experience of (and an interest in) B2B marketing would be a distinct advantage, it is crucial that you have worked primarily in a creative agency.
Most importantly, in order to fully integrate into the agency's culture of mutual co-operation and assistance, the Account Manager will need to have a no-ego approach - everybody pitches in to make sure that client satisfaction levels are kept incredibly high.
