One of London's friendliest independent agencies is looking for an Account Director to collaborate with a global beauty brand.
The Great & The Good are working with a successful independent agency. Their creds deck will tell you that this London shop offers a completely integrated advertising approach with proven capabilities across TVCs, digital, social, OOH, print. They'll talk about the global brands the agency works with and the awards their campaigns have won.

Working into an encouraging Group Account Director, the Account Director will lead the day to day relationship with an instantly recognisable beauty client. You will therefore have the opportunity to:
- Oversee a wide-reaching campaign covering a variety of comms channels
- Work closely with the global (US-based) and UK client - both of whom see the agency as a true marketing partner
- Mentor junior colleagues
- Play a key role in the on-going success of the account
This role is ideal for a proven Account Director who has ideally already worked on beauty brands. You will need to be able to talk knowledgably about the beauty world so a genuine interest in the sector is also crucial.
In addition, as an Account Director in a creative agency, you will no doubt have:
- Built exceptional relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Grown your accounts
- Managed budgets and account profitability
- Developed your team
