If you are an Account Director who wants to really show what you can do, this Surrey-based integrated agency is looking for you.

The Agency

For over a decade, this Surrey-based agency has quietly gone about keeping their clients happy. Working on both UK and global projects, the agency has enjoyed long relationships with a host of big name brands. Given that their senior team have largely all worked in network shops previously, it should be no surprise that the agency is able to bring global agency thinking and creativity but with all the benefits of not being in central London.

As the relationships with their clients have deepened, the agency's reputation has spread throughout these huge businesses. As a result, the agency is often approached by new contacts within their clients and work has tended to come to them without the need for new business activity.

The Role

The Great & The Good have been asked to find a special Account Director. You will be responsible for connecting the dots within an instantly recognisable global business. Given the number of moving parts and stakeholders this client has, the agency needs a consummate relationship-builder who can ensure that the agency's name (and track record) is known throughout the business.

Put simply, this is an opportunity to grow a key account into whatever it can be for the agency.

You

It should go without saying that you will already be an Account Director within a creative agency. Due to the nature of the account, experience of B2B marketing would be useful but not essential. Key to a successful application will be:

  • Broad integrated comms experience
  • A track record of account development
  • Strong relationship building skills (obviously!)
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach

And the ability to travel internationally when necessary would be useful
