The Great & The Good are working with a wonderful West London agency. For over two decades, they have built deep relationships with a number of big name brands.
The agency's internal relationships are just as important and the senior team have long been committed to an employee-centric approach. They truly believe in combining empowerment with collaborative support.
Having recently won a couple of new accounts, the agency now needs a proven Account Director.
You'll be a trusted lieutenant to an empathetic Business Director - somebody who strives to develop each member of the team as far as possible.
Initially focusing on the design and build of new digital platforms for the clients, there is ample scope (and internal capability) to further grow the accounts across digital comms, performance marketing, content, etc.
Who would be best suited?
In short, a proven Account Director with broad experience of digital marketing. You will need to have frequently worked on build projects but a background in digital comms is also desired.
As a proven Account Director you will also have shown your ability to build strong relationships with clients, really get to know their businesses and become a trusted partner.
