Aspiring Account Directors have a chance to work on integrated campaigns for a global B2B brand

Ref: 41437

Tell me more…

Like many agencies specialising in B2B marketing, our client has enjoyed an impressive last 12 months. Working with $multi-billion brands, the agency has been the creative power behind broad-reaching marketing campaigns.

The Account Director will therefore be working across film, social, digital, print and advertising projects/campaigns for a global audience. In addition, this agency prides itself on the ability to nurture strategic nous in the account handling team so the Account Director will be expected to play a significant role in developing campaign thinking.

Working closely with the Business Director, the Account Director will be given the freedom to foster strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels and to build on the trust already enjoyed by the agency.

The Account Director will be supported by a collaborative team including mentoring a talented Account Executive whilst the Business Director is committed to developing this person into an exceptional account handler.

As a modern-thinking agency, our client also has a flexible approach to work. Whilst they have amazing offices in an iconic part of London, how much you use those facilities is entirely up to you.

Who would be best suited?

This is a career-defining role for a Senior Account Manager or newly-promoted Account Director. Having already shown what you can do in a creative agency, you will demonstrate a track record of successfully overseeing multiple campaigns.

You will also be naturally curious - keen to get under the skin of your clients' businesses and drawn to more complex challenges. Each client brief should be looked at with fresh eyes rather than relying on the same old thinking.

Plus you'll share the agency's values of being respectful and supportive - both of each other and of your clients.
