The Great & The Good are working with an employee-focused West London agency. For over two decades, this company has been responsible for innovative and creative work for a wide range of well-known brands.

In that time, the agency has also developed a culture that just works - collaborative, proactive, empowering and trusting of their teams.

Working with a hugely successful UK brand, the Account Director will be at the forefront of the client relationship. You'll be the first point of contact with a Marketing team looking for creative thinking and anything but the norm.

As such you'll have the budgets (and the permission) to create forward-thinking social and digital campaigns across display, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

You'll also have the support of the wider agency team which means experts in content strategy, search/performance marketing and community management.

The client is also looking for the agency to do more. They relish new ideas and want to know what is possible. As digital specialists, our client has frequently shown their ability to work across the whole digital spectrum so the Account Director will have the opportunity to show off their digital chops.

Who would be best suited?

This is a pretty autonomous role so needs a proven Account Director. Needless to say, the bulk of your experience should have been gained on digital comms projects (including social channels) and you'll have shown your ability to organically unearth new opportunities from your clients.

You will be working with a supportive Business Director who will give you the head room to grow and develop but this agency is built on a "one-for-all" approach and you'll need to be willing to roll your sleeves up.

Most importantly, you will have shown your ability to quickly build strong relationships - both with clients from c-suite level to Marketing Execs and with colleagues.
