Hands-on Account Director? Strategic Senior Account Manager? If you have TV experience, we have a role to discuss for a leading London agency.
The Great & The Good are recruiting a Junior Account Director on behalf of one of London's best-known agencies. The role will focus on a high street retailer and straddle the typical Senior Account Manager and Account Director divide.
On one hand, you'll need to be hands on and happy managing an ad through Clearcast but you will also need to be a strategic account handler who can hold your own with experienced clients.
On a day to day basis you will:
Oversee campaigns from end to end
Mentor junior colleagues
Develop a range of campaigns: TV, radio, digital, CRM, etc
Learn from a collaborative Business Director and some of the agency's key people
Work on a much-loved brand
This role would suit a proven Senior Account Manager who has already cut their strategic teeth and shown their ability to lead conversations with senior clients. Alternatively, you may be a recently-promoted Account Director who still relishes the delivery aspect of the role.
You will need to have a portfolio which shows a great deal of TV work but given the nature of this London agency, you need to have a channel-agnostic approach.
To fit in with the wider team, you will be collaborative, supportive, proactive and adaptable. The account is a retailer so changes are frequent and often last minute.
