The Great & The Good are working with a London agency that needs no introduction. Following a huge 2020 account win, they are on the hunt for an Account Director to join a high profile retail account.
This is a genuinely career-defining opportunity for a CX/CRM-focused Account Director as you will be working on one of the highest profile accounts in the agency. As a result, the Account Director will have access to senior clients who value the partnership with the agency whilst also benefitting from a compassionate Business Lead who has nurtured a supportive team.
Focussing on a specific offering of the brand, the Account Director will be a senior voice in the team and will have ample opportunity to take responsibility for big ticket projects. You will also be supported by a wider team committed to creating the best possible work.
Who would be best suited?
Our brief is to find a proven Account Director (or possibly an amazing SAM who has shown the ability to step up). You will need to have a strong focus on CX/CRM work across a wide variety of customer touchpoints - email, social, digital, in-store, apps, etc.
Culturally, this is a tight-knit, collaborative team. As the client is a retail brand, the Account Director will also need to be adaptable and able to cope with last-minute changes.
