This Account Director role represents an opportunity to:
Take lead responsibility day-to-day with clients (including the P&L)
Work on a partnership level with two very high profile brands: strategising, developing and bringing to life their content and social media strategy
Work closely with your peers across creative, tech and strategy
Take a senior role in the running of the client service department
Ultimately, deliver excellent work, drive a positive commercial outcome for the agency and develop your career towards Senior Account Director
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:
Demonstrable expertise in both content planning and social media strategy for professional brands. You are able to talk through project examples with ease and share a compelling brand story. The majority of your recent experience must lie within content and social media.
Clear experience working on the conception and delivery of content & social media projects within a creative agency environment
The ability to be credible with senior clients, and be all over the detail too: you are the central person keeping the show on the road
Strong commercial acumen, including examples where you have previously solidified, developed and expanded client relationships. In fact, your professional relationships with clients and peers probably tend to be very positive as a matter of course
A desire to grow a long-term career within a growing business, including getting involved in pitch opportunities
Salary - £45,000-£50,000 + benefits
Reporting to - Head of Account Management
Location - central London (wfh currently, with phased return and flexible options going forward once the office has officially re-opened)
