Emma fell in love with advertising thanks to the Silk Cut ads of the 80s and 90s. Steering away from cigarette marketing however, Emma started her career working with leading FMCG brands.

A chance conversation with an agency-specialist recruiter showed Emma how she could use her genuine interest in the advertsing industry to help others find the ideal next step.

15 years later, she is still loving the buzz of getting fully under the skin of agencies and candidates.
